What if green skills were more than technical expertise? The Green Skills Radar helps Finnish organisations integrate transformative mindsets and leadership into sustainability strategies. With tools for skill assessments and practical recommendations, it guides teams to navigate change, fostering adaptability and collaboration for a successful green transition.
There is currently a skills gap regarding the green transition. Education, training, and sustainability cannot be explored in isolation to build a sustainable future. This report, led by Demos Helsinki for the AMI Foundation, aims to get decision-makers to think about the concept of transformative green skills from a systemic perspective.
What if productivity could increase by four per cent simply by better utilising existing resources? As a collaborative effort between Demos Helsinki, Innolink, and TIEKE for the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment, this study sheds light on the challenges and benefits of identifying and valuing different types of skills and capabilities, both from the perspective of the individual as well as the employee.
