At Demos Helsinki, Emilia currently coordinates interactions within the WELGO project, works on city innovation, and focuses on Nordic climate solutions and policy instruments.

Outside of work, Emilia finds balance and energy through sailing, yoga, dancing, and long walks, always seeking new ways to stay connected with herself and the world around her.
