Anna Eftring

Anna assists in key operational functions that ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities. With a strong eye for detail and a proactive approach, she contributes to various areas, including recruitment and administrative processes. Anna is passionate about driving Demos Helsinki’s success by providing reliable and thoughtful behind-the-scenes support that advances the organization’s core mission.

In addition to her role at Demos Helsinki, Anna is pursuing a master’s degree in economics and business administration at Hanken School of Economics. Her studies have deepened her passion for people management, offering a strong foundation in HR principles while providing valuable insights into the pivotal role employees play in driving organizational success. 

In her free time, Anna unwinds by taking long walks in nature, going for runs, and practicing Pilates. She also plays the piano, using music as a creative outlet to express herself.
