Katariina is responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of Demos Helsinki. Her role involves a wide range of activities from day-to-day financial management to strategic planning, where understanding our project-based organization is essential. Katariina is always seeking ways to present numbers and data in a simpler, more understandable manner.
Before joining us, Katariina worked with various small to mid-sized companies in financial roles and as a COO, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of overall business operations. She holds an MSc degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Vaasa.
Outside of work, Katariina is most probably enjoying spending time with her family, doing some sort of sports or learning new practical skills like sewing or repairing clothing.
